Cloe Egnaczak, MSW, LCSW-A is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Clinical Therapist at Advaita Integrated Medicine – Chapel Hill. Born in New York and raised in North Carolina, Cloe is a mother to a beautiful boy and enjoys motherhood deeply. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from North Carolina Central University (NCCU). Cloe is trained in a trauma modality called Seeking Safety. Her role at AIM includes working as an outpatient therapist and assisting with group therapy.
At NCCU, Cloe researched the school-to-prison pipeline and sought ways to use resources to reduce entry into the justice system. She has worked with diverse populations, including children, families, teenagers, and adults. Her professional and educational background earned her a place in the Phi Alpha Honor Society for Social Workers.
As a therapist, Cloe brings passion, honesty, hard work, and openness to her practice at AIM. She plans to incorporate more Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills with her clients while tailoring approaches to best suit individual needs. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring mental health and substance abuse concerns within the community.
Cloe hopes to foster an environment where individuals, along with their families and/or support systems, can come together to create a better future. She believes her honest and upfront nature will encourage others to be open with her, their supports, and community providers.
