Dan Kline, MSW, LCSW-A

Dan Kline, MSW, LCSW-A, is a Clinical Therapist at Advaita Integrated Medicine in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He obtained his Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from University of Hartford.

Graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University. Dan has led a group of over 100 practitioners at his role at LifeGuides, a platform for coaches to help others navigate their life challenges, implementing training programs, safety protocols, and outcomes assessments for the department.

Working as a clinical therapist, business executive, startup founder, and coach over the past 12 years, Dan combines effective somatic coaching and therapeutic skills, wisdom, and perspective gained from his own healing journey. He works primarily with people who want to live healthier and authentic lives. He teaches the skills necessary to better manage stress and to be more present, ultimately leading to success in clients’ personal and professional lives. Dan’s approach is a combination of somatic therapy, CBT, and the 12-step recovery model – always meeting clients where they are and using the skills his clients find the most helpful.
Dan aims to further Advaita Integrated Medicine’s mission to change the landscape of healthcare by incorporating integrated care, focusing on the whole-person. His personal values of honesty, transparency, integrity, and positive intent shine through his professional work with others as they are on their journey towards authenticity. Dan believes that every person deserves care that reflects their whole person, not just a set of diagnoses or symptoms.
