Discover the Comprehensive Support of Our PHP

We believe effective treatment should seamlessly complement your daily life. A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed for individuals needing intensive support without full hospitalization or residential rehab. It’s ideal for those in acute phases who can manage nights at home and often step down to lower levels of care like IOP. Maintaining your treatment team across levels of care helps build consistent relationships and avoid the need to learn new people and systems. Our PHP offers intensive therapeutic and psychiatric care, including daily group and individual counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. This program allows you to integrate newly learned strategies into your everyday life immediately, supporting sustained progress and resilience.

Components of Your PHP Program

The key to finding success in any addiction treatment program is being enrolled in the right treatments. This is in order to treat your individual symptoms and needs. Outpatient rehab in Raleigh, NC provides all of the same treatment options as inpatient programs, in a more relaxed setting. While each client gets an individualized treatment plan, yours may include any of the following:

Medication Assisted Therapy

MAT utilizes medications to help treat certain addictions by reducing cravings or making you have unpleasant side effects after using drugs or alcohol.

Individual Therapy

Helps you to unpack the reasons behind your addiction, as well as address any mental health issues that you may be experiencing.

Group Therapy

Gives you the opportunity to build a community of people who understand what you are going through, and will support you during your recovery.

Life Skills

Classes are aimed at helping you learn new skills that will help you to live a normal life outside of recovery.

Support Services

Help you to juggle both your daily life and treatment with transportation, mentoring, help to enroll in educational programs, or job hunting.

Medication Management

Ensures that your medications do not have interactions, are not causing unreasonable side effects, and are at the most effective dose.

Integrating Daily Life with Comprehensive Care

Our PHP is founded on the belief that effective recovery should not isolate you from your daily life. We equip you with the tools and support necessary to tackle real-world challenges in real-time, enhancing your capacity to apply coping strategies and maintain stability across all aspects of your life. This integration is why our curriculum heavily emphasizes the best psychiatry services and evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).

Curriculum Based in Reality

We understand that the structure of our programs is vital to their effectiveness. Too frequently, therapy can seem detached from everyday realities, providing narratives that are hard to apply in daily life. Instead, therapy should empower you to better navigate your surroundings and equip you with strategies to sustain strong wellbeing. That’s why our PHP emphasizes actionable therapies in its curriculum. Many individuals enter treatment for mental health or substance use disorders and spend a significant amount of time delving into their emotional experiences. While this exploration is crucial, it must be balanced with the development of practical skills to utilize these insights effectively in everyday situations.

An integrated care model is one in which multiple healthcare needs can be addressed in one organization. Mental health and substance use issues are often the result of complicated and intersecting issues. Not everyone needs to have a therapist and psychiatrist, but having the option for that in one location can be supremely helpful.
