Emily Kaluza joined AIM in the spring of 2022 as our HR Coordinator. She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, but has been in NC since 2016. She has an extensive background in behavioral health administration, including experience in various areas such as billing, patient care coordination, and insurance contracting and credentialing. Emily has started multiple behavioral health practices from the ground up, and she even grew a practice from 3 to nearly 40 providers.
Emily loves helping others, and she is passionate about playing a vital role in an organization’s expansion. She is delighted to be helping our organization grow, all while helping our patients and clients receive the highest level of care.
In addition to serving others, Emily is also an advocate for mental health. She is committed to helping reduce the stigma that people face when accessing mental health care and support. She is actively involved in numerous mental health organizations, and enjoys volunteering. When she isn’t working or volunteering, you’re likely to find Emily playing with her dogs Wally, Jackson, and Sully, spending time with her family, or making crafts.
