Samantha Minor is a Patient Care Coordinator at Advaita Health with five years of experience helping patients navigate their care. Her background includes patient scheduling, care coordination, healthcare operations, and communication with patients, families, and providers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from East Carolina University, which provided a strong foundation for building relationships and communicating clearly across different healthcare settings.

Throughout her career, Samantha has held several roles within healthcare, giving her experience with both direct patient support and the operational side of care delivery. She has served as a team lead and operations supervisor, working across teams to improve coordination and support efficient day-to-day processes. These experiences have strengthened her ability to solve problems, stay organized, and help patients move through the healthcare system with fewer barriers.

At Advaita Health, Samantha focuses on making sure patients feel informed and supported throughout their interactions with the care team. She values clear communication and takes the time to understand individual needs, answer questions, and coordinate with providers and other team members. Her goal is to make accessing and continuing care as straightforward as possible for patients and their families.

Samantha is particularly passionate about the relationships that develop through patient care. She believes that listening carefully, communicating consistently, and following through can make a meaningful difference in a person’s experience with healthcare. She brings empathy, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to her work at Advaita Health.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys horseback riding, reading, hiking with her husband and their dog, Dolly, cross-stitching, and building book nooks.
