Diane Caffrey, MSW, LCSWA, LCASA, is a Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University and holds credentials as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. Diane brings experience providing both individual and group counseling in outpatient treatment settings.

She approaches her work with authenticity and warmth, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood—not just as clients, but as people. Diane strives to meet each person exactly where they are, offering therapy that is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in trust. She draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating a trauma-informed lens to support lasting growth and stability.
