While one-on-one therapy offers important space for personal reflection, working through challenges in a group setting brings unique and powerful benefits that research consistently supports. Winter 2026 | Mondays, 12–1 PM | Virtual

This group offers practical strategies, peer accountability, and expert coaching to boost focus and follow-through. Managing your ADHD symptoms effectively can make a meaningful difference in your quality of life.

Men’s Connection & Personal Growth Group 

Fall 2025 | Mondays, 6:30–8:00 PM  | AIM-Chapel Hill Office

Now more than ever, there is a need for men to connect with other men with a healthy sense of masculinity. 
This group is designed to help men cultivate the skills to become their best selves.
