I’m Looking for a Psychiatrist, Therapist, or Treatment for Depression

AIM offers psychiatry, therapy, medication management, and TMS, a non-invasive FDA-cleared treatment for depression that works when medication alone hasn’t been enough.

I’ve Tried Medications or Therapy Before and Want to Transfer My Care

If you’ve worked with other providers and are looking for a clinical home that stays with you, we’ll pick up where you left off.

I Recently Finished a Treatment Program and Need What Comes Next

Completing an intensive program is a significant milestone. AIM provides ongoing support so the progress they’ve made carries forward into everyday life.

Our Services

Personalized care designed to support your emotional well-being.

🩺

Psychiatry & Medication Management

Our psychiatrists provide comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis for a full range of mental health conditions and stay actively involved in your care over time. We track your progress at every appointment and stay in close coordination with your therapist so nothing falls through the cracks.

TMS — Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

TMS offers something most outpatient practices can’t: a clinically proven alternative delivered inside an integrated system of care. Your psychiatrist oversees your treatment every week and your progress is tracked from start to finish. That’s why our remission rate is nearly double the national average.

 Who AIM Is For

Who AIM Is For

AIM works with people carrying all kinds of things — anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, burnout, or the general sense that something is off and life could feel better. Students, parents, professionals, people in recovery, people who’ve never sought help before. Whatever you’re navigating, the goal is the same: helping you feel more like yourself and function in the life you want to live.

You’re ready to start.
You’re looking for a psychiatrist, therapist, medication management, or TMS for depression. You want a team that actually tracks your progress — not a follow-up in six months and a hope for the best.

You’ve had care before and want to transfer it.
You’re not starting from zero. You know what helps and what doesn’t. You’re looking for a clinical home that picks up where you left off and stays with you.

You just finished an intensive program.
Hospitalization, residential, PHP, or IOP — you’ve built a foundation. Now you need outpatient care that honors that work and helps you sustain it.

Good mental health care is built on relationship — a provider who knows your story, tracks what’s working, and stays invested in where you’re headed. At AIM, that’s what you get, whether you’re coming in person or connecting virtually. And because every part of your care is coordinated under one roof, nothing gets lost between appointments.

TMS —Medication Isn't the Only Answer for Depression

TMS —Medication Isn’t the Only Answer for Depression

f antidepressants haven’t moved the needle — or if you’d rather not go that route at all — there’s another path worth knowing about.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) uses gentle magnetic pulses to activate the areas of the brain that go quiet in depression — no medication, no sedation, and none of the side-effects that can come along with traditional antidepressants.

TMS may be worth exploring if:

  • One or more antidepressants haven’t provided enough relief
  • You want to reduce or avoid medication altogether
  • You’re already in therapy but depression is still getting in the way
  • You’ve been managing depression for years and feel like you’ve run out of options

If any of those feel familiar, the next question is where to go for it — and how to know if you’re getting the best version of it.

Why AIM’s TMS Outcomes Are Different

Not all TMS is the same — and like any medical treatment, the quality of how it’s delivered makes a meaningful difference in outcomes.

Coming Out of a Treatment Program and Not Sure What's Next?

Coming Out of a Treatment Program and Not Sure What’s Next?

Completing an intensive treatment program — whether that’s hospitalization, residential treatment, or a PHP or IOP — is a significant milestone. It’s also just the beginning of the next phase.

The transition back to daily life is one of the most vulnerable points in anyone’s recovery. The structure that kept things stable is gone. The real world is back. What happens in that window matters enormously — and having the right outpatient team in place before you step down makes a meaningful difference in whether what you built actually holds.

AIM is built to be that next step. We work with patients coming from a range of higher levels of care — providing medication management, individual therapy, and ongoing psychiatric oversight as they re-enter daily life. Your clinical history doesn’t get lost. Your team knows where you’ve been. And your care at AIM is designed to carry forward what you built, not start from scratch.

AIM and Green Hill Recovery — Built to Work Together

AIM and Green Hill Recovery — Built to Work Together

Green Hill Recovery is our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use — offering structured, intensive treatment for people navigating addiction and the mental health conditions that often come with it. We also offer a Mental Health IOP through Green Hill Recovery for people who need a higher level of care for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or other mental health conditions but don’t require inpatient hospitalization.

AIM is the psychiatric arm of that system. Our psychiatrists provide integrated medication management for patients actively enrolled in Green Hill Recovery programs — so mental health and medical care isn’t something you have to find somewhere else while you’re in treatment. It’s already built in.

When you complete a Green Hill Recovery program, that relationship continues. Your clinical history travels with you. Your providers stay connected. And your care at AIM carries forward what you built — handling medication management, individual therapy, and ongoing psychiatric support for as long as you need it.

What Is Integrated Care And Why Does it Matter?

An integrated care model is one in which multiple healthcare needs can be addressed in one organization. Mental health and substance use issues are often the result of complicated and intersecting issues. This means that being in an integrated care model where your therapist, psychiatrist, and other treatment providers can collaborate will help give the best possible outcomes. Not everyone needs to have a therapist and psychiatrist, but having the option for that in one location can be supremely helpful.
