Erika serves as the Director of Business Development, bringing a thoughtful blend of experience in education, mental health, and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut and later completed her Master of Arts in Education at Georgian Court University.
Her professional path began with 13 years spent supporting children and families in academic settings, where she developed a deep appreciation for how environments and relationships shape development. She later transitioned into therapeutic educational consulting in private practice, helping families navigate complex decisions with clarity and care.
From there, Erika stepped into leadership roles within a network of residential and outpatient mental health programs, serving as Director of Admissions and Director of Clinical Partnerships. Her work focused on strengthening collaboration across teams, improving access to care, and supporting families as they sought treatment options. Most recently, she worked locally to connect providers and families with integrated treatment services for individuals living with Serious Mental Illness.
Erika is deeply committed to building genuine relationships and supporting the wellbeing of her community. She brings strong skills in admissions, outreach, marketing, and strategic planning, along with a steady focus on detail and follow-through. Data plays an important role in her work, helping her guide decisions that are both thoughtful and practical.
