Grady Finch, CADC
University of Utah (Salt Lake City, UT)-BS in Writing & Rhetoric-expected graduation Summer 2026.
Program Manager & Alumni Coordinator
With a background in outdoor education and guiding, Grady brings both heart and expertise to his work at AIM. Before joining our team, he served as an Associate Director and Program Director at Balance House in Utah, where he helped design and launch their experiential adventure therapy program from the ground up. From developing a full ski program to leading purposeful wilderness experiences, Grady’s approach has always centered on helping men in early recovery reconnect with meaning, purpose, and community.
As a person in long-term recovery, Grady understands the importance of creating spaces where people feel truly “a part of.” At AIM, he brings a deep commitment to mentorship and connection—helping others feel safe, empowered, and inspired to engage in the process of change. Guided by patience and grounded presence, he continues to offer to others the same kind of support that helped him find his own way.
For Grady, real care begins with seeing the whole person. His work reflects AIM’s belief that recovery is a process of becoming—a continual movement toward authenticity, connection, and self-understanding. He helps people develop the tools, community, and confidence to build lives that feel meaningful and genuinely their own.
