Patient Care Coordinator
Jennifer Roebuck holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an associate degree in Healthcare Management—foundations that have shaped her growth as both a patient care coordinator and a leader. With over eight years of experience in the medical field, she brings a strong understanding of both front and back office operations, with a particular focus on the behind-the-scenes systems that make patient care seamless and effective.
As part of a military family, Jennifer has learned to adapt quickly to change, a skill that strengthens her ability to support patients through transitions in their care. She is passionate about learning new skills, improving communication systems, and ensuring patients feel consistently informed and supported throughout their journey.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked in a fast-paced psychiatry office where she strengthened her organizational skills and learned the importance of efficiency and empathy in patient interactions. Her time volunteering with the American Red Cross at the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy, stands as a highlight—where she streamlined volunteer onboarding, reduced training time, rewrote standard operating procedures still in use today, and received two awards for her contributions and leadership.
At Advaita Integrated Medicine, Jennifer’s goal is to help the team grow by refining systems for patient engagement and outreach. She focuses on improving call cadence strategies, evaluating communication processes, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects AIM’s values of clarity, compassion, and connection.
Jennifer is especially passionate about advocating for accessible mental health care for service members, veterans, and their families. She believes that transforming healthcare begins with honest communication, compassionate follow-up, and a shared commitment to both individual and organizational growth.
