Katy Walker, MS, NCC, LCAS-A, LCMHC-A, is a Clinical Therapist at Advaita Integrated Medicine in Raleigh, North Carolina. Katy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati. She later went on to receive her Master of Science of Counseling from the University of Mount Olive. Katy employs both of these degrees in her work to take more of an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare.

Her objective is to assist clients in finding joy in everyday life by focusing on their strengths and developing rapport through unconditional positive regard. She is passionate about helping individuals embrace their unique journeys through life. Her therapeutic practices include mind and body awareness techniques, existentialism, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. Katy commits everyday to creating a genuine connection with her clients, aiming to support them in achieving a balanced and fulfilling life.
