Lindsay Hildreth, PA-C
Psychiatric Physicians Assistant
Lindsay Hildreth, PA-C, serves as a psychiatric physician assistant who provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management to patients in person and through telehealth. Lindsay was a biology teacher for 13 years and a yoga instructor for almost 17 years. She has been a PA since 2018, entirely focusing on psychiatric medicine since.
Lindsay is very passionate about patient empowerment through patient education, and believes medication is one part of a multi-faceted approach towards mental and physical wellness. “I am passionate about various therapeutic modalities- including talk-therapy, exercise, nutritional therapy, meditation and mindfulness -and how they work in conjunction with medication to manage symptoms and disease processes”, she stated. She sees how emotional wellness and physical wellness are deeply intertwined within each person, with each affecting the other in positive or negative ways. As an educator by nature and experience, a medical provider by training, and a practitioner in holistic wellness by passion- she hopes to empower patients at AIM to become masters of their own wellness, both emotionally and physically.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys hiking, exercising, practicing yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
