Lindsay Hildreth, PA-C, CAQ-Psychiatry, provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management at Advaita Integrated Medicine, both in-person and via Telehealth. Previously, she taught biology for 13 years and instructed yoga for nearly 17 years. Since becoming a PA-C in 2018, she has focused solely on psychiatric medicine.
As for her educational background, Lindsay is very well-rounded. Lindsay attended the University of Dayton for undergraduate school and earned a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Science Education. She also has two Masters degrees, one in the sciences and the other in the arts. She earned her Masters of Science In Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University and her Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies from SUNY Brockport.
Lindsay passionately advocates for patient empowerment through education, believing medication is one aspect of holistic wellness. Lindsay once stated, “I am passionate about various therapeutic modalities- including talk-therapy, exercise, nutritional therapy, meditation and mindfulness-and how they work in conjunction with medication to manage symptoms and disease processes.” She understands emotional and physical wellness are deeply intertwined and recognizes how each affects the other. As an educator and holistic wellness practitioner, she aims to empower patients at Advaita Integrated Medicine to master their emotional and physical health.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys hiking, exercising, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
