Director of Mental Health Services

Rachel Iroff, LCSW, is a strengths-based, people-first therapist who believes meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood.

As the Director of Mental Health Services at Advaita Health, Rachel brings extensive experience across outpatient, PHP/IOP, and inpatient behavioral health settings, working with individuals and families through a wide range of mental health challenges.

Rachel takes a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are rather than expecting them to fit into a predetermined idea of what healing should look like. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and that therapy is most effective when it builds on the strengths, values, and experiences they already possess.

Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical skills, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. Her eclectic clinical approach draws from several evidence-based practices, grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care.

Rachel is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate difficult emotions, relationships, life transitions, and patterns that may no longer be serving them. She works to create a therapeutic environment that balances validation with meaningful challenge—because sometimes we need someone to sit with us in where we are, and sometimes we need someone to help us see what is possible next.
