Clinical Therapist

Samantha Puckett is a Primary Therapist at Advaita Integrated Medicine. Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Old Dominion University located in Norfolk, Virginia. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Samantha first joined Green Hill Recovery as an intern in 2018 while completing her Undergraduate Degree. While working as a Behavioral Health Technician at a substance use facility in Florida, she became interested in working with individuals with substance use disorder. Through this experience, she learned that she has a passion for working with these individuals and decided to pursue a career in this field.

Samantha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist-Associate. She provides therapy to individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders. She believes in utilizing a holistic approach to enhance the lifestyle of individuals.

Samantha grew up in Virginia and relocated to the Raleigh area from Florida in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, and playing with her dog, Cooper. Samantha has also been a certified Peer Support Specialist since 2017.
