Katrina Dobler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before completing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University, where she further developed her clinical skills and commitment to supporting individuals through meaningful change.

Katrina has experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Her background includes community mental health, where she supported individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

She also worked in an adolescent day treatment setting, providing individual and group therapy for youth experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges at home and school. Her dedication to both clients and colleagues earned her multiple recognitions for leadership, resilience, and commitment to serving individuals with complex clinical needs.

Katrina strives to create a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She views therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and open communication. Her approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are while helping them identify strengths, clarify goals, and develop practical tools for lasting growth.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, Katrina tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Her work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use concerns, neurodevelopmental disorders, and other complex mental health challenges.

Katrina was drawn to behavioral health by a desire to connect with others and provide meaningful support during some of life’s most difficult moments. She is continually inspired by the resilience of the people she works with and values the opportunity to better understand the complexity of each person’s unique experience.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys running, hiking, reading, traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with her two cats.
